You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Categories and Responsibilities

4.1 Inspectors

As an inspector, you agree to:

• Provide valid identity verification (Aadhaar) and professional credentials
• Accept and complete assigned tasks with professionalism and accuracy
• Submit inspection reports with truthful and accurate information
• Maintain location tracking during active inspection tasks
• Comply with safety standards and quality requirements
• Maintain active status and communicate availability

4.2 Vendors

As a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and structure information
• Submit legitimate inspection requests
• Make timely payments for inspection services
• Provide necessary access and cooperation to inspectors

4.3 Supervisors

As a supervisor, you agree to:

• Manage task assignments fairly and efficiently
• Review inspection reports promptly
• Maintain quality standards
• Handle escalations and disputes professionally

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Inspector Payments

Inspectors will receive payment for completed and approved tasks according to the agreed-upon rates. Payments are processed on a scheduled basis after task verification.

5.2 Vendor Billing

Vendors agree to pay for inspection services as per the platform's pricing structure. Invoices will be generated and payment is due within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay). Service fees and applicable taxes may apply.

6. Task Management

• Tasks are assigned based on inspector availability, location, and qualifications
• Inspectors must complete tasks within the specified timeframe
• Task cancellations may result in penalties or account restrictions
• Quality standards must be maintained for all inspection reports

7. Location Services

By using our platform, inspectors consent to real-time location tracking during active inspection tasks. This is essential for quality assurance, safety, and task verification purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Inspectio platform are owned by Inspectio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Submitting fraudulent inspection reports
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Attempting to manipulate the platform or payment systems
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the platform's operation or security

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

Inspectio provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inspectio harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Data Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law
